PharmaCast-AI™ is operated by Seeber Lifesciences, LLC (“PharmaCast-AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, interact with us, request a demo, participate in a pilot, use the PharmaCast-AI platform, or otherwise communicate with us through services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
PharmaCast-AI is a B2B decision-support platform for pharma, biotech, healthcare investment, and consulting teams. It is designed to support AI-assisted assumption development, patient-based and patient-flow forecasting workflows, scenario testing, traceable assumptions, and export-ready outputs. It is not intended for patient care, clinical decision-making, or the collection of patient-identifiable information.
Do not submit sensitive restricted information through public website forms
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient-identifiable data, clinical trial subject data, Social Security numbers, payment card data, material non-public information (MNPI), or confidential proprietary information through public website forms, demo request forms, or other non-approved channels.
If a separate written agreement with PharmaCast-AI expressly authorizes the use of confidential customer content, that agreement will govern the handling of that content.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services, including our website, contact forms, demo and pilot workflows, account and login areas, platform features, customer support, marketing communications, and other online or offline interactions that reference this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate master subscription agreement, pilot access agreement, data processing addendum, confidentiality agreement, business associate agreement, or similar written agreement between PharmaCast-AI and a customer. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and a signed customer agreement regarding Customer Content or enterprise data, the signed customer agreement will control for that data.
For customer account and website visitor information, PharmaCast-AI generally acts as an independent controller/business. For Customer Content that a customer submits to the platform and that contains personal information, PharmaCast-AI may act as a processor/service provider on behalf of the customer, as described in the applicable customer agreement.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide directly
- Business contact information, such as name, business email address, business phone number, company, title, department, LinkedIn profile, and professional role.
- Account and user information, such as username, password or authentication credentials, user role, account preferences, organization name, seat assignment, audit logs, and user permissions.
- Demo, pilot, and sales information, such as details submitted in contact forms, demo requests, pilot intake questionnaires, use-case descriptions, meeting notes, procurement information, and feedback.
- Customer Content, such as forecast inputs, asset names, indication names, epidemiology assumptions, eligibility assumptions, pricing and access inputs, market share or uptake assumptions, line-of-therapy logic, timing assumptions, scenario settings, uploaded files, comments, and export outputs.
- Support and communications information, such as messages, attachments, troubleshooting details, screenshots, product feedback, survey responses, and correspondence with our team.
- Billing and payment information, if applicable, such as billing contact details, subscription information, invoice history, tax details, and payment status. Payment card or bank details, if used, should be processed by payment processors and not stored directly by PharmaCast-AI unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, links clicked, timestamps, session duration, and error logs.
- Platform activity information, such as login events, feature usage, forecast creation, scenario generation, export activity, audit trail events, and administrative actions.
- Approximate location information inferred from IP address, such as city, region, or country.
- Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies that help us operate the website, remember preferences, understand website traffic, secure accounts, and measure marketing performance.
C. Information from third-party and public sources
- Business and professional sources, such as referrals, event attendee lists, publicly available websites, professional networking platforms, business directories, and data enrichment providers.
- Publicly available market, regulatory, pipeline, scientific, clinical, epidemiology, pricing, access, and competitive sources that may support pharma forecasting workflows. These sources are used for business and product functionality and generally should not include patient-identifiable information.
- Customer-authorized systems or files, if a customer chooses to connect, upload, or provide data from its own systems under an applicable written agreement.
3. Customer Content and Restricted Information
“Customer Content” means information, data, documents, prompts, assumptions, model inputs, model outputs, comments, scenarios, or other materials that customers or authorized users submit to, upload to, generate in, or export from the Services.
Customers and users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit Customer Content to the Services and that Customer Content is appropriate for the intended PharmaCast-AI workflow. Unless expressly authorized in a signed agreement, Customer Content should not include PHI, patient-identifiable data, clinical trial subject data, genetic or biometric identifiers, sensitive government identifiers, payment card numbers, material non-public information, or other legally restricted information.
PharmaCast-AI may process Customer Content to provide the Services, generate and maintain forecasts, preserve assumption trails, enable scenario testing, create exports, provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, secure the platform, and fulfill contractual obligations.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Respond to demo requests, pilot inquiries, support tickets, procurement requests, and customer communications.
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, administer roles and permissions, and maintain audit trails.
- Support AI-assisted forecasting workflows, including assumption generation, patient-based and patient-flow model logic, scenario testing, forecast output generation, and CSV, PDF, PowerPoint, or other exports.
- Analyze usage trends, troubleshoot performance issues, test new features, and improve product quality, reliability, security, and user experience.
- Send administrative messages, product updates, security notices, renewal notices, and other non-marketing communications.
- Send marketing communications, newsletters, event invitations, and other information about PharmaCast-AI, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful or illegal activity.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, and enforcement obligations.
- Create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not identify an individual, customer, asset, or confidential customer workflow.
5. AI-Assisted Features and Model Providers
PharmaCast-AI uses AI-assisted functionality to help users structure forecasting questions, develop assumption ranges, organize source-traceable assumptions, convert assumptions into forecast logic, test scenarios, and produce export-ready outputs. The Services are designed to support human-in-the-loop forecasting: AI may propose, organize, or summarize information, but users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, modifying, and approving assumptions and outputs.
To operate AI-assisted features, we may process inputs, prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, usage metadata, and related Customer Content through PharmaCast-AI systems and vetted infrastructure, cloud, analytics, and AI/model service providers that act on our behalf. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to us and are subject to contractual obligations or other safeguards appropriate to their role.
Unless expressly permitted in a written agreement with the applicable customer, PharmaCast-AI does not use Customer Content to train public third-party foundation models and does not sell Customer Content to third-party AI model providers. PharmaCast-AI may use aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or synthetic information to improve product performance, reliability, user experience, templates, quality control, and security, provided the information does not identify a customer, user, asset, forecast, or confidential business workflow.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should independently review outputs and underlying assumptions before using them for business, financial, diligence, portfolio, or other decisions.
6. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Information
For individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions that require a legal basis for processing, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract necessity: to provide the Services, manage accounts, administer subscriptions, support pilots, and fulfill agreements.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, improve, and market our B2B Services, communicate with business contacts, prevent fraud, and analyze usage, provided those interests are not overridden by individual rights and freedoms.
- Consent: where required for certain cookies, marketing communications, or other optional processing.

No sale of Customer Content. We do not sell Customer Content. As of the date of this draft, PharmaCast-AI does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. If we later use advertising or retargeting technologies that qualify as a “sale” or “share” under applicable privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices.

Customer Content retention is generally governed by the applicable customer agreement, pilot access agreement, or data processing addendum. Upon expiration or termination of an agreement, we may delete or return Customer Content in accordance with the applicable agreement, subject to legal, security, backup, audit, and business continuity requirements.
Backup copies and log records may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems. We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required or permitted by law or contract.
